Digital Products and Services: Due to the nature of digital content, once you have accessed or downloaded course materials, refunds will not be provided.

If you request a refund before you have accessed any course content (including video lessons, assignments, and other materials), you may be eligible for a full refund of the course fee.
Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing course materials or participating in mentorship sessions, and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund. Requests for refunds based on technical issues must be submitted within 6 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Partial Use:
If you have accessed a portion of the course content or participated in some mentorship sessions, you are not eligible for a full refund. Any partial refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Failure to Complete: Failure to complete the course or mentorship program due to personal reasons, such as lack of time, change in personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the content, does not qualify for a refund.
Discord Submissions: Refunds are not available based on feedback or critiques received in our Discord channels, as these are subjective and part of the learning process.

How to Request a Refund:

Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5 business days after approval.
Proof of Purchase: You may be required to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or transaction ID, to process your refund request.

5. Payment Disputes
Chargebacks:
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may ban your account from future participation in our courses and services.
